YOGA JOURNEY

In 2018 I studied in India at the Rishikesh Vinyasa Yoga school with Yogacharya Yashpal Ji as part of the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course - Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series & Vinyasa Flow.

In 2023 I studied in Ubud, Bali with Yoga New Vision for Meditative Hatha Vinyasa 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training.

PARTNERSHIP WITH FERNANDO.NGZ

I have partnered with Fernando.ngz to offer online courses including the ho'oponopono meditation techniques, guided meditations, and personal coaching in Spanish. I contribute to the the social media management across all platforms, video & photo content production, along with the overall branding. English courses & workshops are coming soon!
