Yuliya Panchenko Photography - Believe in Boudoir
I am proud to have been a part of the creation of the Believe in Boudoir & Floral photography master courses. This massive undertaking included over 10 hours of footage and 20+ photoshoot workshops, all of which required careful coordination and planning.
Throughout the project, I played an instrumental role in organizing a daily production schedule that spanned over 6 months, and coordinating with the artists and models involved in each shoot. We used a range of communication tools, including iCal, Milanote, Google Drive, Email, Zoom, Phone, and Instagram, to keep everyone on the same page and ensure that everything ran smoothly.
I also took on additional responsibilities, such as creating social media content for our collaborators across platforms like Blogs, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, and designing boudoir photoshoot preparation web pages for our clients and models.
Yuliya Panchenko Photography has been busy releasing new courses and hosting workshop events across the country.
In June 2021, we released the Floral Portrait Photography course, which has been well-received by photographers of all levels.Following that success, we soft-launched the Believe in Boudoir course in August 2021, which has also been met with great enthusiasm from our audience.
As the studio manager, I played a key role in making these releases a reality. This included reaching out to brands and sponsors for affiliate links, discounts, and equipment, overseeing client print sales and delivery, and editing promotional content using tools like Photoshop and Canva.
In addition to these responsibilities, I also helped to coordinate Yuliya's nationwide tour, which has taken her to major cities across the country to host workshop events and connect with other photographers.
